ERP Systems Analyst
Anduril Industries · Costa Mesa, California, United States
About this role
**ERP Systems Analyst — Anduril Industries** **About Anduril** Anduril is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Its AI-powered Lattice OS turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center. **About the Team** The ERP Systems Analyst team integrates Oracle Fusion ERP with best-in-class internal tools. The team runs multiple integration programs in parallel across the U.S. and internationally. **The Role** Own hands-on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across the full project portfolio. You’ll participate across the implementation lifecycle—onsite discovery, fit/gap analysis, builds/configurations, data conversion, test execution, and Go-Live/Hypercare support—so new sites and business units can operate from day one. You’ll collaborate with the broader systems team across EngOS/PLM (Teamcenter), manufacturing/planning systems (Forge, MRPSpeed), customer/contract management (Salesforce), and Oracle Fusion ERP (procurement, inventory, order management, and finance/accounting). **Key Responsibilities** - Own end-to-end data conversion for integrations (extract, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules, validate quality, and build repeatable processes). - Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new business units. - Execute ERP configuration for new Oracle legal entities across: DTB, WMS, PTP, OTC, PTC, and RTR. - Plan and execute testing cycles; build/run test cases; resolve defects and drive root-cause analysis with satellite system teams. - Travel onsite to lead discovery sessions/demos, deliver hands-on ERP training, and support Go-Lives/Hypercare. - Build and maintain standardized data templates, integration SOPs, and reusable enablement content (videos/guides). - Coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies with cross-functional satellite tool teams. - Operate in an agile, sprint-based delivery model—own your workstream, hit milestones, surface blockers early. - Maintain an ERP knowledge base (design decisions, configuration documentation, lessons learned) in Airtable and Quip. **Required Characteristics** - **Bias for Action**: move fast, escalate blockers immediately. - **Outcome-Oriented**: focus on Day 1 Go-Live. - **Ownership**: raise risks and drive fixes. - **Agility**: adapt as timelines and legal entity decisions shift. - **Dive Deep**: comfortable with data templates, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. - **Customer Focus**: build trust with internal stakeholders and end-users. - **First Principles Thinking**: improve beyond prior integrations. **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years hands-on ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred; NetSuite, SAP, or similar accepted), including configuration, data conversion/loading, and troubleshooting. Integration/rapid deployment experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience executing data migrations (extract, map, validate quality, coordinate loads). - Deep knowledge in one or more workstreams (OTC, PTP, RTR, DTB, etc.) strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design; Oracle Fusion new legal entity configuration is a plus. - Proven ability in agile/sprint environments (user stories; tracking in Airtable/Jira or equivalent). - Strong cross-functional communication across accounting, legal, operations, engineering, and ERP development. - Willingness/ability to travel
