**Keeper Security is hiring: GTM Systems Manager** *100% remote (select locations). Hybrid schedule available for candidates near our global headquarters in Chicago.* ## About the Role You’ll be a hands-on Salesforce builder for a rapidly growing sales organization (~430 Salesforce users). You’ll design and optimize the systems that support Keeper’s go-to-market organization—owning Salesforce administration and development, automation, territory management, quoting, integrations, and release management. You’ll report to the Director of Sales Operations. ## Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain **Salesforce Flows** for routing, stage management, hand-offs, and approvals - Configure and maintain **Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management**, including annual territory and quota loads - Configure and support **quoting/CPQ** processes, including renewal opportunities and quotes automatically created **120 days** in advance - Build and maintain **integrations** between Salesforce and GTM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, marketing automation platforms, billing systems) - Manage Salesforce **releases** via sandboxes (with the QA Analyst), including testing, documentation, and deployment per a release calendar - Translate GTM roadmap initiatives into technical designs and deliver on schedule - Establish **documentation, change management, and knowledge-sharing** practices to reduce single-person dependency - Provide technical input for **quote-to-cash** and **Revenue Cloud** assessment - Build and support initial **AI agent pilots** for the go-to-market organization ## Requirements - **5+ years** as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a **B2B SaaS** organization - Expert-level experience with **Salesforce Flow**, including hands-on experience with **Enterprise Territory Management** and **CPQ/quoting** - Salesforce certifications such as **Advanced Administrator**, **Platform App Builder**, or **CPQ Specialist** - Experience managing **sandboxes**, change sets/deployment tools, and building/maintaining integrations via **APIs** - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, automation, and system governance - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions - Strong project and release management skills; able to manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills; can clearly explain technical tradeoffs to sales, operations, and stakeholders - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment ## Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships) - Employer-paid Life Insurance + Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life - Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance - 401K (Roth/Traditional) - Generous PTO plan (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.) ## Equal Opportunity Keeper Security is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
