You’ll troubleshoot software, operating system, and networking issues; manage system backups and data recoveries; and help ensure continuity of operations across SAP landscapes. **Key Responsibilities** - Troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and networking problems - Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups; execute data recovery activities when required - Provide daily technical support for all program applications **Here’s What You Need** - 2+ years SAP Basis experience **Federal-Specific Requirements** - U.S. Citizenship required - Eligible to obtain a clearance **Pay Range (Base Pay)** $124,000 — $246,400 USD (for the listed states/locations) *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.*
