ZipRecruiter’s job search app is #1 rated on iOS and Android. ### Summary The **Tech Enablement** team is central to the velocity and quality of ZipRecruiter’s engineering organization. The team builds scalable, reliable, efficient infrastructure, tools, and processes that help every product team deliver innovative products and services. The Tech Enablement team provides foundational building blocks for the technology stack, including: - **Data Infrastructure & Systems:** Build and drive adoption of tools that help engineers and data scientists focus more on products and features—supporting data processing, dataset ingestion, dataset discoverability, pipeline orchestration, documentation, analysis, ML model pipelines, and experimentation. - **AI Enablement:** Build and maintain an agentic AI data exploration and analysis tool (starting from a natural language chat interface) to democratize access to data, support collaboration on insights, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.
