## Jump — Founding Engineers (Software/AI, Manufacturing) + all roles **Location:** Miami, FL • **Remote (US) until Jan 2027**, then **Onsite** **Type:** Full-time **Compensation:** **$140K–$160K + equity** (starts in Jan 2027) **Visa:** **No sponsorship** **About the problem** Machine shops lose jobs because quoting is slow. A part comes in, someone has to read the drawing, figure out how to make it, and price it—often taking hours. Many shops also can’t put customer drawings in the cloud (ITAR/export controls or customer restrictions). **What we’re building** **Jump Quote**: AI that reads a shop’s drawings and drafts quotes in minutes, running on the shop’s **own computer**. We’re starting with a small group of founding CNC shops, with a long-term goal of enabling anyone to make anything, anywhere. ## We’re hiring **Founding engineers first** (Software/AI and Manufacturing), but **every role is open**.
