About this role

## Why Socure Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy—verifying **100% of good identities in real time** and stopping fraud before it starts. If you want big responsibility, complex problems, and real impact, keep reading. ## About the Role: Senior Technical Program Manager, Partner Ecosystem Socure’s **Partner Ecosystem** brings third-party data and decisioning partners into **RiskOS**. This role owns the technical side of onboarding and operating partner integrations—ensuring they’re integrated cleanly, operated reliably, implemented correctly in customer environments, and understood well enough for Solutions and Sales to put them to work. You’ll be the technical point of accountability for the partner ecosystem: aligning on integration approach, running API discovery, writing the specs the engineering pod builds from, leading live troubleshooting, and owning the documentation the company depends on. ## What You’ll Do - **Own partner integrations end to end**: discovery, technical scope, specs, sequencing, launch readiness, and the pod’s roadmap, priorities, and capacity tradeoffs. - **Establish reusable integration patterns** (authentication, data mapping, error handling, retries, fallbacks) to make each new integration faster than the last. - **Partner with Product and Legal/GRC** to shape contractual and compliance constraints upfront. - **Be the primary technical contact** for partner engineering and Solutions teams across release and deprecation cycles. - **Evaluate partner APIs and data models** (including SLAs and support posture) to choose the optimal integration path—and push back on patterns that create fragility, latency, cost, or compliance risk. - **Define “integration-ready” for the marketplace** (technical requirements, certification, acceptance criteria) and help hold that bar with partners. - **Make partner products succeed in customer environments**: - Help pre-sales Solutions understand partner products (what they do, requirements, costs, limitations). - Work with post-sales Solutions/Implementation to ensure correct configuration in sandbox and production. - Flag workflow designs that could produce poor decisioning outcomes. - Build enablement materials so Solutions teams can handle routine cases independently. - **Own triage and resolution for integration escalations**: - Define monitoring requirements for integration health. - Run recurring audits that drive remediation. - **Own documentation and product expertise (and scale it with AI)**: - Maintain integration specs, API references, configuration guides, and troubleshooting runbooks. - Treat documentation drift as a defect. - Use AI to draft specs/docs with strong verification against source API docs. - Serve as the internal explainer for Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support. ## What You Bring - **5+ years** in technical program management, technical product management, solutions architecture/engineering, or integration engineering—especially with direct ownership of external-facing technical work. - Proven ability to **drive engineering execution without direct authority** (roadmap ownership through influence and credibility). - Strong practical fluency with **REST APIs**, authentication patterns, webhooks, data mapping/normalization, and third-party failure modes. - Strong debugging instincts across distributed systems (logs, traces, payloads) to isolate whether issues are ours, the partner’s, or
