This role will focus on one area in our connectivity branch, which is responsible for evolving our integration platform to connect 3rd party property management systems at scale.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Difference You Will Make:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the evolution of a world-class supply integration platform to take the third-party supply ecosystem to a new level</li> <li>Set the third-party supply growth strategy and technical roadmap in collaboration with the cross-functional leadership team</li> <li>Set the technical and AI strategy for the platform, staying at the forefront of technology to improve its capability, efficiency, quality, and scalability</li> <li>Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing people and technical leadership across multiple projects</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional leaders as the senior technical voice, aligning priorities and driving delivery</li> </ul> <p><strong>A Typical Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be highly cross functional and partner with senior leadership across Data Science, Product, and our Business Development teams to align strategies, define multi-year technical roadmaps, set and execute on iterative milestones.</li> <li>Work directly with business and third-party partners to select the right partnerships, deliver high-quality integrations, and ensure the continuous reliability and performance of each partner</li> <li>Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Expertise:</strong></p> <ul> <li>12+ years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a fast paced, high growth tech environment</li> <li>BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field</li> <li>Significant experience navigating many internal partners across multiple teams, driving the strategy and alignment to move the business forward.
