A breach isn’t a leak; it’s the frontier walking out the door. **Role Scope** - Stand up FluidStack’s **insider risk and counterintelligence program** from zero: operating model, roadmap, and protective controls. - Design and land **technical controls** in partnership with the security org (detection engineering, IT/infrastructure identity & data controls, and physical security). - Run **insider risk incidents end to end** with legal and HR—from first signal through resolution. - Write the program’s **policy library** and drive adoption across legal, HR, and leadership. - Own stakeholder relationships and keep the program **legible and credible** to the workforce it protects. **What We’re Looking For** - Built or rebuilt an **insider risk program** in a commercial environment (more than once). - Came up through the **intelligence community** or adjacent national security mission; can translate counterintelligence tradecraft into corporate practice. - Shipped **technical controls** by working through teams that don’t report to you (detection, identity, IT, physical security). - Wrote monitoring and investigations policy that was **adopted** and survived scrutiny from legal and HR. - Can work fluently with **legal and HR**, communicating sensitive incidents in their language. **Equal Employment Opportunity** FluidStack is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
