Own things end to end—take on scope without being asked. - **Insane urgency:** Drive everything forward as fast as possible. - **Reason from first principles:** Challenge assumptions; the best idea wins. - **Love of the game:** High intensity, long hours to push the frontier. - **Build something that actually matters:** Spend your time on work that impacts the world. ### The Manufacturing Team We’re working on problems like: - **Scale a manufacturing engine** that outgrows the industry’s pace—grow capacity and capability across the full production process. - **Build the ecosystem behind gigawatt-scale infrastructure**—manufacturing beyond a single line so output compounds as we scale. - **Be the engine that grows faster than the company**—solve problems quickly and develop yourself and your team as Fluidstack scales. ### Role Scope - **Extend NetSuite** from finance into the system of record for supply chain and manufacturing: purchasing, inventory, MRP planning, and supplier data. - **Stand up Siemens Teamcenter (PLM)** and build the **eBOM → mBOM** handoff, engineering change flow, and part master connected to the ERP. - **Integrate ERP + PLM** with surrounding tools: Zip (procurement), MES on the manufacturing floor, and forecasting models for lead times and demand. - **Own data migration and go-live** for each system on a timeline set by the build—not the implementation partner. - **Own every system after launch:** keep data clean, fix what breaks, and ship the next release before the team outgrows the last one. ### What We’re Looking For - Led an **end-to-end ERP or MRP deployment** for a company that builds physical products (selection → data migration → go-live). - **Owned NetSuite** as a system of record (implementing/expanding it yourself, not only using it). - Deployed **Siemens Teamcenter** or connected PLM to an ERP, including **BOM handoff** and **engineering change flow**. - Built systems used daily by **buyers/planners**, and worked alongside users until workflows matched how they actually operate. - Owned systems **long after go-live** and can name the data issues you found and fixed. - Can explain systems tradeoffs to a **supply chain lead or CFO** in plain terms and drive decisions. - **Bonus:** SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP; MES such as Siemens Opcenter or Tulip; PLM such as Arena or Windchill; experience building a small systems team; background in data center/energy/modular construction. ### Equal Employment Opportunity Fluidstack is an **Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**.
