Own things end to end; take on scope without being asked. - **Insane urgency:** Move everything forward as fast as possible. - **Reason from first principles:** Challenge assumptions; no egos—the best idea wins. - **Love of the game:** Long hours at high intensity to push the frontier. - **Build something that actually matters:** Spend your time on work that impacts the world. --- ## The Decision Team (Examples of Key Problems) - **Automate the delivery of gigawatts:** Turn every step from land to live compute into software—schedules, decisions, and tasks generated from a live knowledge graph. - **Forward-deploy beside the experts:** Product teams work with quality managers, sourcing leads, and deployment engineers on factory floors to turn judgment into systems. - **Deliver every supercomputer faster than the last:** Dozens of concurrent projects feed one graph so lessons learned at one site become preventive checks everywhere. --- ## Role Scope - **Turn the bill of materials into the order book:** Templates carry price + lead time; project bills lock against buildings; purchase orders derive from a single source of truth (not spreadsheets). - **Make procurement tracking trustworthy:** Encode rules for lateness, status meaning, and critical path lines—using live vendor emails/documents and general contractor purchase orders. - **Close the loop from receiving to payment:** Match deliveries to PO lines; track serial numbers; score cycle counts against accuracy gates; run finance three-way matches from the same record. - **Ship manufacturing as software before the factory opens:** Keep BOMs, ECNs, and the drawing tree in one model; generate inspection/test plans and first article procedures per asset; failed checks open nonconformance with evidence attached. - **Embed with sourcing, quality, factory, and warehouse teams:** Turn real operational judgment into systems that drive order schedules, cash demand, and payment schedules. --- ## What We’re Looking For - Shipped production code in **Go, Python, or TypeScript** (and can pick up whatever language the problem demands). - Built real features on **LLM APIs** (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight), **MCP servers**, and agentic frameworks; production document extraction on messy real inputs. - Works daily with AI coding tools like **Claude Code** and **Cursor**; can get agents to do useful work autonomously. - Identifies problems, designs solutions, and ships without waiting for direction. - Moves fast under deadlines while leaving strong data models/foundations others can extend. - Earns credibility with operators in factories/warehouses/procurement and drives adoption in real deadlines (e.g., live production runs, quarter-end close). - Strong product taste: interfaces and workflows match how work actually happens. **Bonus:** - **MES, ERP, WMS, TMS** - BOM lineage, engineering change control, serialized component traceability - Supplier quality (NCRs, CAPA, FAI) - T
