## IT Infrastructure Capacity Analyst ### About Fluidstack Fluidstack exists to make humanity more free. Own things end to end. - **Insane urgency:** Move fast and keep momentum. - **Reason from first principles:** Challenge assumptions; the best idea wins. - **Love of the game:** High intensity, long hours, push the frontier. - **Build something that matters:** Work that impacts the world. ### Role Scope - **Model IT and hardware capacity** across the pipeline: compute, network, and support gear each site needs and *when*. - **Reconcile demand vs. orders, inventory, and lead times**, and flag gaps before they impact schedules. - **Build capacity views** used for planning and procurement, refreshed automatically. - **Chase discrepancies to ground** (e.g., a miscounted rack becomes a missed energization later). ### What We’re Looking For - Experience with **capacity, demand, or supply planning** for hardware-heavy operations. - Ability to build **models in SQL or spreadsheets** that hold up with messy real-world data. - **Relentless reconciliation:** your numbers tie out—or you know exactly why they don’t. - Translate analysis into action (e.g., **order now, shift that, escalate this**). - Automate refreshes rather than rebuilding manually. **Bonus:** Data center or hardware supply chains, ERP data, Python, forecasting methods. ### Equal Employment Opportunity Fluidstack is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
