Own things end to end. - **Insane urgency:** Move fast and drive everything forward. - **Reason from first principles:** Challenge assumptions; the best idea wins. - **Love of the game:** High intensity, long hours to push the frontier. - **Build something that actually matters:** Work that improves the world. ## Role Scope — Data Center Forecasting Manager - **Build and maintain site-level forecasts:** capex curves, opex ramps, and cash timing per building. - **Own the monthly forecast cycle:** gather inputs, explain variances, and deliver a clean bridge to the last version. - **Model scenarios quickly:** when deals, delays, or design changes move the numbers. - **Automate the forecasting pipeline:** so forecast updates happen in **hours, not weeks**. ## What We’re Looking For - Experience building **capex and opex forecasts** for large projects or infrastructure portfolios. - Strong **variance analysis** that identifies causes, not just differences. - **Expert Excel** skills and strong **SQL**. - Ability to turn a vague **what-if** into a modeled answer **same-day**. - Models that are **auditable** (sources cited, assumptions labeled). **Bonus:** Construction draw schedules (Pigment or Anaplan), power cost modeling, accounting fluency. ## Equal Employment Opportunity Fluidstack is an **Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**.
