## FleetWorks — Senior Software Engineer ### About the role FleetWorks is building a modern, intelligent, agentic marketplace to transform the freight booking process—replacing slow, manual, fragmented workflows with automated matching between truckers and loads. As an early engineer, you’ll be a true owner: developing features end to end, interacting directly with customers, and helping shape the team’s culture. ### What you’ll do - Own end-to-end feature development, working directly with a high-ownership team (including founders, customers, and other engineers) - Make product and technical decisions that shape FleetWorks’ future - Ship new work every day - Learn from others and teach those around you ### What we’re looking for - Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products - At least 3 years of full-time software development experience - Comfort working in our stack or picking it up quickly (we use **TypeScript** across the stack) - A healthy appreciation for hard problems (we orchestrate thousands of agents and are just getting started) - Empathy for users and colleagues ### How we’ll get to know each other - Quick call with Megan (Talent Lead) to discuss your goals, motivations, and past work - 45-minute live-coding interview with an engineer you’d work with - Paid onsite work trial - Transparent offer process, including how compensation (cash + equity) is determined ### What we offer - Top-tier cash and equity (aiming to be above the 75th percentile for similarly funded companies) - Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits - Fully covered lunches and dinners - Opportunity to learn quickly, grow fast, and be rewarded for your contributions *Location: Office in SOMA.*
