Today, over 1M+ developers (including teams from half the Fortune 100) use Roboflow’s open source and hosted tools to build and deploy computer vision models. ## What you’ll do You’ll build and scale the systems that power Roboflow’s revenue organization, reporting into the Revenue Operations lead and partnering closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and data engineering. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll: - **Build and extend Salesforce** (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) to turn RevOps designs into working, tested, source-controlled systems - **Implement GTM data models** (account hierarchies, site-level data, product catalog/packaging, territories/coverage, and account handoffs) - **Support forecasting** (stage exit criteria/gates, forecast categories, pipeline snapshots, and forecast accuracy tracking) - **Partner on programmatic BI** using **SQL + BigQuery** and code-defined dashboards; support Salesforce reports/templates and permissions for self-service - **Own data quality** across Salesforce and connected GTM systems (deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and “fix-this” views) - **Lead integrations & data pipelines** across the GTM stack, including migrations as tools are retired/replaced - **Enable partner/cloud marketplace revenue** (deal registration, sourced vs. influenced attribution, trusted reporting) - **Support variable compensation** with data quality and management support - **Design and deploy AI/LLM-powered GTM workflows** and act as a control point for AI agents (permissions, access, rollout) - **Provide end-user support** for GTM systems (lead routing/assignment troubleshooting, round-robin logic, SLA misses, bulk uploads) ## Who you are You’re a systems builder with strong GTM instincts and high agency—someone who enjoys turning requirements into shipped solutions. ### Required skills - **5+ years** building on **Salesforce** (technical admin or developer capacity) - **5+ years** supporting **Sales, RevOps, or GTM** teams - Working knowledge of **Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations** - Experience testing/deploying solutions (ideally with **source tracking** and the **Salesforce Metadata API**) - Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic - **SQL** + data warehouse experience (**BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar**) - Practical understanding of GTM concepts (pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals/expansion, compensation planning) - Experience across a GTM tool ecosystem (comms, enrichment, quoting, CLMs, e-signature, etc.) - Hands-on experience building/integrating **LLM-based workflows** and/or AI coding agents ### Preferred skills - **Salesforce Platform Developer I** (or higher) - Hands-on source control for Salesforce deployments - Experience with land-and-expand enterprise motions, PLG, or developer-first companies - Experience with partner/channel/cloud marketplace operations - Stakeholder management experience - Willingness to leverage AI to optimize output/outcomes - Experience supporting/managing variable compensation programs ## Where you’ll work Roboflow is **fully distributed** with hubs in **New York City, San Francisco, and Brazil*
