DOSS recently raised a **$55M Series B** (https://www.doss.com/news/doss-raises-55m-series-b). ### About the Role The **Forward Deployed Services (FDS)** team is the core engine of DOSS and the success of our customers. The **Director of Solutions Architecture** sits at the intersection of **product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership**, leading a team of technical **Forward Deployed Product Managers (FDPMs)** while staying deeply hands-on. You’ll own a portfolio of DOSS’s most complex, high-value client relationships and lead your team through the full **post-sales lifecycle**: - **Discovery:** partner with client leadership to analyze operational and financial workflows (goods, information, and money) - **Product Design:** data model, workflows, and integrations - **Build/Configure:** on the DOSS/ERP platform - **UAT & Go-live** This is a **player-coach** role—you’re not just directing; you’re doing. ### What You’ll Do - Lead a team of FDPMs across a portfolio of upper mid-market and enterprise clients - Stay hands-on across the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle (discovery → design → implementation → go-live) - Own the success of DOSS’s most complex client relationships; your portfolio reflects your team’s execution - Conduct and lead cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and workflows - Drive and contribute to new product capabilities supporting DOSS’s push into upper mid-market and enterprise - Set the standard for best-in-class practices and processes across the team (build what doesn’t exist; improve what does) - Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform - Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migrations - Lead UAT, training, and go-live support across your portfolio; build relationships that drive retention and expansion - Coach FDPMs on client management, problem-solving frameworks, and delivery quality; create feedback loops that accelerate growth - Drive automation and AI-forward improvements to DOSS’s product and customer lifecycle processes ### What We’re Looking For - **5+ years** of leadership experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management - Experience leading or mentoring others (ERP experience is a major plus, not required) - **Systems thinker**: you can traverse, untangle, and reassemble interconnected people/process/technology - **Player-coach mentality**: lead by doing; model the work and hold the bar - **High-intensity** experience thriving in high-pressure environments (startups/consulting/finance preferred) - **Technical from first principles**: understand hard engineering/logic problems intuitively and break them down for your team - **Strong analytical mindset**; **SQL** is a plus (not required) - Ability to cut through noise, synthe
