About this role
**Senior Revenue Systems Specialist — Greenhouse** Greenhouse is looking for a **Senior Revenue Systems Specialist** to join our team. Greenhouse’s **Revenue Systems** owns the go-to-market technology stack—from **first outreach through renewal**. In this role, you’ll own systems work across both **pre-sale and post-sale**, including **Salesforce** (system of record) and post-sale platforms used by **Customer Success** and **Customer Marketing** (currently **Gainsight** and **Accord**). You’ll have real latitude to help shape where the stack goes next. --- ### Who will love this job - **A systems generalist** — you enjoy working across a stack and can move to where the work is. - **A solutions-oriented partner** — you translate business goals into working solutions and stay with problems until outcomes are achieved. - **A curious builder** — you understand why processes exist before automating, and you’ll speak up when something doesn’t make sense. - **An owner** — you take projects from intake through rollout and adoption without needing heavy project management. - **An AI-fluent operator** — you already use tools like **Claude, Glean, or ChatGPT**, and you’re interested in how they can be applied inside a revenue stack. --- ### What you’ll do - **Own and build in Salesforce**, including data model design, declarative automation, validation, permissions, page layouts, and reporting—taking projects from scoping through rollout, adoption, and documentation. - **Administer post-sale platforms** (with Customer Success Operations), including **Gainsight** and **Accord**: rules engine, journey/email programs, surveys (including NPS), and workflows behind customer health scoring, CSM assignment, and account transfers. - **Own integrations** between Salesforce, Gainsight, and the rest of the stack—stand up new integrations independently and eliminate recurring failures. - **Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Marketing** to determine whether fixes belong in a system or elsewhere, and drive them to completion. - **Lead platform migration and consolidation** as the stack evolves—from evaluation and vendor assessment through data movement, cutover, and adoption. - Maintain a **point of view** on where the stack should go, proactively surfacing opportunities and risks. - **Document what you build** and reduce request volume over time through automation and self-service. - Take on **additional responsibilities** as business needs require. --- ### You should have - Several years in **revenue operations, customer success operations, business systems, or platform administration**. - **B2B SaaS** experience. - Deep, hands-on **Salesforce administration** experience (data model design, declarative automation, permissions/sharing, reporting) and the judgment to know when not to build. Comfortable making medium-to-large production org changes and reasoning about performance/scale impacts. - Hands-on ownership of **Gainsight** (or a comparable post-sale platform such as Totango, ChurnZero, or Planhat), with enough depth to configure independently and evaluate whether the platform is serving the business. - Experience standing up **integrations without support**, with a track record of eliminating recurring failures. - Experience owning a **platform migration/consolidation end to end**, including data movement. - A track record of taking problems from initial reports to working solutions. - Comfort operating as the **most knowledgeabl
