**Data Transfer Workstation Support Technician II** **About the role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking an individual responsible for providing qualified Data Transfer Workstation (DTW) support to provision, configure, deploy, and sustain hardened, domain-joined Windows 11 kiosk workstations designed for controlled data ingress and egress. **Responsibilities** - Create and maintain Windows images for the workstations specific to Data Transfer Agents (DTA) - Support deployment activities of workstations to Animal sites - Create workstation sustainment plans (MECM, TSGs, and site deployment plan) - Service Desk Integration - Perform imaging and configuration of DTW machines for deployment - Follow and improve the deployment process and documentation in coordination with the DTW Engineering team - Create install requests with the SOI team to ensure local site infrastructure is configured for DTW installation - Deliver configured DTWs to PjM for shipping to local sites - Provide customer training and answer questions related to the data transfer process with the DTW - Monitor overall system health, perform routine maintenance, and document/recommend new workflows for stability - Manage Operational System Management escalation and triage through ITSM as required - Troubleshoot and remediate issues as appropriate, coordinating with System Owners, Product Team, and Migration Team - Complete regular maintenance including patching, vulnerability remediation, and identification of end-of-life replacements - Implement approved configuration updates/changes and escalate as needed - Work with engineering to improve, automate, and streamline the DTW lifecycle (imaging, configuration, deployment, operation, maintenance, and monitoring) **What you need** - DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or higher) certification upon start - AZ-900, Cloud+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent certification - Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of equivalent experience - 3+ years of demonstrated performance in related technology - Experience in one or more of the following: - Cloud technologies - Data and AI - Security - Complex networks - IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS - Cross-platform integration and large-scale, complex systems - Business applications design and implementation **Bonus points** - Direct Platform Support (Windows Workstation/Server) - Active Directory Organization and Management (OU and GPO management) - Azure Solutions Management (IaaS, PaaS, and Virtual Network components) - AVD experience and component support (pools, workspace, application management, firewall management) - Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Analytics, Containers, Intune, Sentinel, etc.) - PowerShell - Azure Purview - AZ-104 **Security clearance** - Active TS/SCI clearance **Pay range (where applicable)** - **$89,000 — $170,200 USD**
