Trase is at the forefront of **AI Agent** innovation and builds mission-critical agentic applications in complex industries such as **Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and National Security**. --- ### About the Role As a **Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer** at Trase, you will build and support software for **Red Cell Federal (RCF)**, **Red Cell Partners (RCP)**, and RCP incubations/portfolio companies. You’ll join Trase’s dedicated **RCF/RCP support team**, delivering **front-end, backend, APIs, and integrations** with a strong focus on **federal, government, and national security programs**. This is a hands-on role with ownership from **requirements through production support**. You’ll work directly with partner engineers, Product, TPM, DevOps/SRE, Platform Engineering, and GRC to deliver solutions across the frontend, backend, and integration layers. - **Senior**: independently own complex features and partner integrations end to end. - **Staff**: lead architecture across engagements, establish reusable engineering patterns, and mentor engineers. --- ### Why this Role is Needed RCF and RCP companies need software that works within their **applications, security controls, and deployment environments**—with intuitive UX, reliable APIs/agent workflows, clear audit trails, and dependable integrations. --- ### What You’ll Do - Build full-stack features for RCF/RCP partners (UI, admin tools, backend services, data models, and production integrations). - Partner with engineers and Product to clarify use cases, reproduce issues, define acceptance criteria, and deliver small increments (surface scope/dependencies/risks with TPM). - Integrate partner applications/agents with **Trase OS APIs/SDKs**, external APIs, **MCP tools**, and model-provider endpoints; provide examples and integration documentation. - Build reliable agent/workflow integrations (async execution, event streaming, state handling, retries/timeouts, error recovery) while preserving correctness and data integrity. - Create user interfaces for configuring agents, managing connections/policies, reviewing runs, and inspecting logs/traces/costs/audit history. - Implement authentication/authorization, role-based access, secrets integration, and audit events across frontend and backend; partner with GRC on security findings and engineering evidence. - Adapt configuration/dependencies for customer-managed cloud, private-network, and on-prem environments; collaborate with DevOps/SRE on packaging/deployment prerequisites and validation. - Own quality via code reviews, unit/integration/end-to-end tests, workflow evaluations, and regression coverage; verify behavior in target environments. - Diagnose and resolve defects across UI, APIs, SDK, data stores, and runtime services; add telemetry and support incident investigation. - Support releases/upgrades/maintenance, including appli
