## Peraton — UI/UX Solutions Developer ### Overview Peraton is a next-generation national security company delivering trusted, differentiated solutions and enterprise IT across land, sea, space, air, and cyberspace. This role is within the **Cyber & Intelligence** sector. ### Location **Scott Air Force Base, Illinois** — **Flexible for some remote work**, but you must be **local** and able to **come on-site as needed**. ### Responsibilities - Design and develop intuitive **user interfaces** to optimize overall user experience - Create actionable, user-friendly **dashboards, maps, and visualizations** to help users consume information and make decisions - Work with **data scientists** and **end users** to refine usability and interface workflows - Advance the mission by connecting customer challenges with effective **UI/UX solutions** - Think creatively, challenge the state-of-the-art, and support teammates - Continuously improve the **accuracy, speed, and efficacy** of existing tools - Develop and maintain professional relationships to support **USTRANSCOM** ### Qualifications **Basic Qualifications** - **2 years** of relevant experience with a **BS/BA**, **or** - **High school + 6 years** of relevant experience (in lieu of a bachelor’s degree) - Experience developing and implementing **enterprise-level UI/UX solutions** - Creative, mission-minded, collaborative mindset - Ability to persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent **oral and written communication** skills - **U.S. citizenship required** - Ability to obtain a **DoD Secret security clearance** **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **Palantir Foundry** - Experience with **Python** and **PySpark** - **Active DoD Secret security clearance** ### Target Salary Range **$86,000 – $138,000** (typical range; final offer depends on factors including experience, education, skills, and location). ### Benefits Eligible employees may receive **medical, dental, vision, life, health savings account, disability coverage, EAP, parental leave, 401(k), PTO,** and **company-paid holidays**. ### Application Notes - Application period is estimated at **30 days** from the posting date (may change). - On-camera interview and identity verification may be required. - **AI tools are strictly prohibited** during Peraton interviews unless prior written authorization is obtained. *EEO: Equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veterans, or other characteristics protected by law.*
