As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months—not years. --- ## About the Team Anduril’s **Electronic Warfare (EW)** team is seeking experienced generalist **embedded software engineers** to build out the software ecosystem supporting a next-generation electronic warfare platform. In this role, you’ll develop high-performance implementations of numerical algorithms, collaborate with digital systems engineers to enable maximum-performance interfaces between next-gen RF hardware and software, work with DSP and RFML engineers to rapidly deploy capabilities to customers, and partner with the wider software organization to deliver seamless integration of EW products with the Anduril **Lattice** system-of-systems suite. You’ll apply state-of-the-art software construction techniques to ensure the timely delivery of correct, mission-critical code. --- ## What You’ll Do - Develop cutting-edge **hardware abstractions** in collaboration with FPGA, DSP, and firmware engineers. - Design tooling for rapidly deploying advanced **DSP and RFML models** to detect and defeat emerging threats. - Implement **high-performance numerical algorithms** for RF data generation, analysis, and manipulation. - Develop correct, high-reliability software for electronic warfare that integrates with the **Anduril Lattice** ecosystem. - Utilize infrastructure providing **deterministic builds** and **configuration management** for deployment, ensuring software traceability and minimizing maintenance burden. --- ## Required Qualifications - **7+ years** professional experience in software engineering - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active **U.S. Top Secret SCI** security clearance --- ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with **typed functional programming languages** (e.g., **Haskell, OCaml, or Rust**) - Experience with **software-defined digital radio systems** - Experience with **high performance numerical algorithm development** - Experience with **Linux kernel module development** - Experience writing software that interfaces with **FPGAs and GPUs** - Experience with **Nix/NixOS**
