**Business Systems Analyst – NetSuite (On-site | San Diego, CA)** At Element Biosciences, we’re passionate about empowering the scientific community with more freedom and flexibility to accelerate our collective impact on humanity. We’re seeking a hands-on **Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite)** to administer and improve our NetSuite environment and support business systems across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and more. --- ### What you’ll do - **Administer & configure NetSuite**: roles/permissions, custom records & fields, forms, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards. - **Own NetSuite functionality** across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, manufacturing/work orders, WMS, and financials. - **Troubleshoot production issues** and data problems, including root-cause analysis of failed or stuck transactions (e.g., sales orders, purchase requests, shipments). - **Support integrations** with Salesforce, MES, and Snowflake (with the integration engineer), including field mappings, record requirements, and error resolution. - **Deliver enhancements** through sprint and CAB (change advisory board): gather requirements, estimate, build/test in sandbox, document, and deploy. - **Partner with NetSuite developers/consultants** by providing clear requirements and testing/reviewing deliverables. - **Support compliance & security** (SOX, ISO 27001, ISO 13485), including audit trail integrity and segregation of duties. - **Drive AI adoption** across business systems—identify opportunities to accelerate development, documentation, testing, and end-user support. - **Manage sandbox refreshes** and regression testing ahead of NetSuite’s biannual releases. - **Maintain technical documentation** (configuration records, user guides). - Provide cross-system backup/support for **Salesforce, Boomi integrations, and Tableau/Snowflake reporting**, including business process analysis and data validation. --- ### What you bring - **Bachelor’s degree** (or equivalent experience) and **3+ years** of business systems experience. - **2+ years of NetSuite experience**, including hands-on administration, customization, and troubleshooting in production. - Ability to **build and debug in NetSuite** (workflows, scripts, saved searches, SQL/SuiteQL, CSV imports)—not just coordinate others. - Experience supporting **NetSuite integrations** (e.g., Salesforce, Boomi, MES). - Strong ability to write **clear, detailed requirements** and validate delivered work. - Strong understanding of business workflows across **finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality**, with end-to-end issue tracing. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in **SOX / ISO 27001 / ISO 13485** environments is a plus. - **NetSuite certifications** (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer), **Jira/Agile** experience, and familiarity with Salesforce/Boomi/Snowflake/MES/PLM/QMS are a plus. --- ### Location, travel, and job details - **Location:** San Diego, CA — **On-site** - **Travel:** Up to **5%** (if any) - **Job type:** Full-time, Exempt - **Base pay range:** **$97,000 – $118,000** - Additional benefits may include **stock options, discretionary annual bonus, no-cost health insurance plans, 401k match, and flexible paid time off**. --- ### Physical requirements - Ability to lift up to **20 lbs** - Flexibility in working hours (may require support d
