## Endeavor — Forward Deployed Engineer (Early Career) Endeavor builds **real-world enterprise AI** to help mission-critical industries (manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, defense, life sciences) deploy AI systems they **own**—built inside their own stack and delivered in **weeks**. ### Operating Principles - **One team, one fight** — align internally so you can win externally. - **Strong convictions, loosely held** — bring a point of view, stay open to better evidence. - **Default to open** — share data, context, and reasoning to see the full picture. ### The Role | Forward Deployed Engineer Forward Deployed Engineers work **side by side with customers**, rapidly understanding their toughest issues and architecting/building solutions that leverage **business-critical data** and the latest AI advancements. You’ll work in **small, agile teams** and own **end-to-end execution** for high-stakes projects with direct impact on customers’ missions. ### What We Require - **High agency** and strong first-principles thinking; resilient and outcome-oriented. - Engineering background (e.g., **Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science**). - Proficiency in one or more languages such as **Python, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript**, or similar. - **Must be graduating in 2026 or before.** - **Ability to travel.**
