You’ll help build AI capabilities across the broader AI ecosystem—partnering with teams spanning Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Go-to-Market/Customer Experience. ### The Role As an **AI Enablement Engineer** in Everpure’s **Digital Transformation Group (DTG)**, you’ll lead the journey from **generative AI experimentation** to **enterprise-scale business impact**. Embedded within the **Enterprise Architecture** team, you’ll establish emergent architectural standards and ensure solutions align with enterprise guidelines. ### What You’ll Do - **Operationalize AI into Production:** Partner with business teams to move AI-assisted applications from prototypes to **secure, dependable, enterprise-ready** production services. - **Establish Emergent Architectural Standards:** Co-create technical guidelines, checklists, and guardrails for **copilots** and **agentic workflows**, balancing rapid innovation with **data security** and **regulatory compliance**. - **Integrate & Scale the AI Ecosystem:** Connect frontier models and tools (e.g., **Claude, Gemini, Glean, AWS Bedrock**) with Everpure’s native **SaaS and ERP** systems. - **Implement Resilient AI Governance:** Build and maintain evaluation, prompt optimization, and monitoring frameworks so copilots and autonomous agents operate **reliably, transparently, and effectively** at scale. ### What You Bring - **Production AI Engineering:** Experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI applications and automated workflows in an **enterprise production** environment. - **Generative AI & LLM Systems Fluency:** Practical mastery of patterns such as **RAG**, **agentic workflows**, **prompt engineering**, and automated **model guardrails**. - **Enterprise Platform & Systems Integration:** Hands-on integration of cloud foundation models, AI toolchains, and enterprise **SaaS/ERP** platforms into cohesive business solutions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or GTM/CX). - **Cross-Functional Technical Leadership:** Ability to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex concepts and align architecture with business outcomes. - **Location Expectation:** Primarily **in-office**—expected to work from the **Santa Clara office** (unless on PTO, travel, or approved leave). *(#LI-ONSITE)* ### What You Can Expect From Us - **Innovation:** Think critically, take on challenges, and be a trailblazer. - **Growth:** Support to grow and contribute to meaningful work (Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Technology™ and Bay Area™, Great Place to Work® certified). - **Team:** Collaboration and support—ego set aside for the greater good. ### Salary / Incentives (Transparency) - **Annual base salary range:** **$140,000 – $210,000 USD** - This role **may be eligible** for incentive pay and/or equity. - **No application deadline**; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the job is filled. ### Accommodations & Inclusion - Candidates with disabilities may request accommodations for the hiring process.
