## Everpure — Director of Product Management, Security (FlashArray) ### THE ROLE As Director of Security Product Management for FlashArray, you will build, mentor, and lead the product teams responsible for the overarching security posture of Everpure’s flagship storage platform. You’ll set long-term strategic objectives, budgeting priorities, and operational resource plans to navigate evolving global compliance and embed secure-by-design capabilities across the portfolio. Working closely with executive leadership, Engineering, and the CTO office, you’ll turn rigorous security standards into a high-performance competitive advantage that earns the trust of global enterprise and government organizations. ### WHAT YOU’LL DO - **Strategic Leadership & Team Management:** Build, coach, and direct a team of product managers; define functional goals, staffing priorities, and talent development frameworks. - **Product Vision & Portfolio Strategy:** Own the multi-year security roadmap across encryption, IAM, and zero-trust frameworks to exceed requirements in highly regulated industries. - **Compliance & Regulatory Program Delivery:** Drive strategy and execution for critical certifications (e.g., **FIPS, Common Criteria, FedRAMP**) and expand Everpure’s addressable market in public and private sectors. - **Resilience & Vulnerability Governance:** Oversee product threat-response and vulnerability lifecycle management; prioritize rapid patch deployment to protect the FlashArray install base and customer uptime. - **Executive & Commercial Alignment:** Partner with executive leadership, Sales, and Marketing to articulate Everpure’s security value proposition and drive enterprise revenue growth. ### WHAT YOU BRING - **People Leadership & Organizational Impact:** Proven ability to recruit, empower, and lead high-performing product management teams, with expertise in resource allocation, team development, and operational planning. - **Security Systems Architecture Expertise:** Strong technical command of enterprise security protocols, encryption standards, identity management, and distributed storage architecture. - **Regulatory & Certification Acumen:** Deep understanding of global security compliance frameworks (including **NIST, FedRAMP, FIPS, and GDPR**) and how to apply them to product strategy. - **Executive Influence & Communication:** Ability to communicate complex technical risks and strategic trade-offs to C-suite leaders, enterprise customers, and cross-functional partners. - **Location:** Primarily in-office. Expected to work from the **Santa Clara, CA** office in line with Everpure policies (unless on PTO, travel, or other approved leave). **#LI-ONSITE** ### Compensation / Pay Transparency - **Annual base salary range:** **$239,000 — $359,000 USD** - Salary is determined based on role, level, and location.
