**Wrike — CloudOps Engineer (Network Engineer)** ## About the Role Help build the AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. As a CloudOps Engineer at Wrike, you’ll support cloud and on-prem data center infrastructure with security in mind—working across containers, networking, monitoring, automation, and debugging. In this role, you’ll own the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of **Network Infrastructure** across **hybrid environments**. You’ll bring hands-on expertise in resilient network topologies, core routing/switching, firewall management, and securing connectivity between cloud providers and on-prem data centers. ## Your Impact - Keep infrastructure and company information safe with reliable network security - Ensure services run smoothly and fast for users 24/7 - Manage Wrike product infrastructure - Implement reliable solutions to achieve a **99.9% uptime SLA** - Work with **GCP, AWS, and other cloud providers** using **IaC** - Introduce and support new infrastructure services - Participate in incident response and management (including **on-call**) - Build and maintain professional connections within and outside the team ## Your Qualifications - Experience with **Juniper/Cisco** network infrastructure - **Kubernetes** and **ArgoCD** - **Nginx, HAProxy, and Istio** for load balancing - **GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare** - **Puppet, Ansible, Terraform** (infrastructure as code) - **Python** for automation - **Prometheus (VictoriaMetrics)** and **Zabbix** for monitoring - **Graylog, Logstash, Fluentd** for logging - **Jenkins** and **GitLab CI** for build pipelines - Upper-intermediate English ## Standout Qualities - Experience with enterprise-grade infrastructure and SaaS solutions - Deep knowledge of network technologies, protocols, network architecture, and equipment - Experience with **BGP, OSPF, EVPN, STP, IPsec** - Familiarity with **Linux, iptables, Nginx, HAProxy, keepalive** - Understanding of information security principles applied to network architecture - Scripting skills in **Python/Bash** (or similar) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ## Team Dynamics & Work Style - Manager: **Dmitrii Vlasov (SysOps Team Lead)** - SysOps department: ~**24 people** across teams in **Prague, Nicosia, Rennes, Tallinn** - Scrum-based processes (daily standups, biweekly planning, quarterly planning) - **Hybrid mode**: 1–2 days/week in office - **On-call shifts** in production and development environments ## What’s Next - Intro call with a recruiter - Technical interview - Cultural interview ## Benefits & Perks - **25 calendar days** paid vacation - Sick leave compensation: **5 paid uncertified sick days** - Parental leave: **18 weeks maternity / 4 weeks paternity** - **2 volunteer days** - Medical insurance (employees + dependents) - Hybrid working model - School allowance (up to **€600/month**) - SIM card with unlimited internet for active employees - Office lunch allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays/Thursdays ## Culture (Quick Snapshot) Wrike is a distributed team of innovators focused on solving complex work problems.
