Positions may be “always recruiting,” and you can also share your resume even if the exact role isn’t listed today. **Clearance** - Public Trust clearance **or** ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance **What You’ll Be Doing** - Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team - Design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform to meet business requirements, including: - Client scripts - Business rules - Workflows - Custom Service Portal widgets - Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems - Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs (including advanced scripting) - Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards - Support development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with user stories - Perform application testing **Required Education, Skills, and Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with **5+ years** of relevant experience - **5+ years** of development experience using the ServiceNow platform - Experience using Agile methodologies for software development - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Platform development, including: - Client and server scripting - ServiceNow REST APIs - Custom widget development in Service Portal - Experience supporting a Federal Law Enforcement agency is a plus - Experience developing, updating, and interpreting JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform - Knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices - Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design - Experience developing, customizing, and administering multiple components of ServiceNow - Excellent communication skills - Excellent teamwork skills **Preferred Skills and Experience** - ServiceNow Systems Administration certification (strongly preferred) - Experience with Angular - Experience or training with React ***By submitting your information, you agree our talent recruitment team may use your contact information to reach out to you regarding new opportunities that may be applicable to your experience.***
