Positions may be “always recruiting,” and you can also share your resume even if the exact role isn’t listed today. --- **Clearance** - Must have the ability to obtain a **DHS Public Trust** --- **What You’ll Be Doing** - Perform **Agile software development** for systems supporting the client’s mission - Develop software from **requirements gathering** through **coding and testing** - Research issues in existing code, identify solutions, and implement fixes - Prepare **ad hoc reports** and communicate status, including **issues and risks** - Collaborate with team members to reach problem resolution - Learn new skills on the job --- **Required Skills & Experience** - Full stack application development - **5+ years** in a **polyglot development environment** - Experience with **React UI** (or related UI frameworks such as **Angular**) - Experience with **AWS Cloud Tools** - Experience with **NodeJS** - Ability to understand complex business processes and how they relate to supporting systems - Ability to research problems, identify root cause, and recommend/implement solutions - Aptitude for picking up technology quickly and a desire to learn and progress - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate to meet or exceed client needs and expectations - Passion for solving complex software challenges and enjoying team collaboration --- **Preferred Skills & Experience** - Experience with **Spring / Spring Boot / JPA / Hibernate** - Experience with Agile/DevOps tools such as **Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, JUnit** - Exposure to **JavaScript** - Experience writing **SQL** and working with relational databases (**PostgreSQL**) and/or **DynamoDB** --- **Education** - **Bachelor’s degree required** --- *By submitting your information, you agree Dev’s talent recruitment team may use your contact information to reach out to you regarding new opportunities that may be applicable to your experience.*
