**Engineering Manager, Integrations — Lattice** ## About the role Lattice’s Integrations team builds product and platform capabilities that connect Lattice with the tools customers rely on. The team has established Lattice’s first outbound integration pattern with Workday, launched an MCP Server used by 100+ customers, and is expanding third-party productivity-data ingestion to power products like Auto Updates and Evidence-Based Reviews. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to help the team scale its impact—bringing integrations to market, building reusable platform capabilities and playbooks, and creating the operating rigor that helps each new integration ship more effectively than the last. ## What you will bring to the table - 4+ years of experience directly managing software engineers (guiding/coaching, performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse, collaborative, inclusive culture) - Experience leading integrations, API/developer platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams - Proven record shipping and operating third-party integrations, including managing partner dependencies and API reliability - Strong people leadership (growth & promotion coaching; addressing sustained underperformance) - Ability to build clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, quality, and cross-functional decisions - Effective cross-functional partner to Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders - Ability to connect technical strategy to organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes - Exceptional written and verbal communication across executive, technical, and non-technical audiences - Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-autonomy work and driving it to completion - Empathetic, employee-centered leadership committed to helping team members do their best work - Demonstrates Lattice values: **Ship Shipmate Self**, **Clear Eyes**, **Own The Outcome**, **What’s Next?** - Preferred: experience with **Node.js, React, Flow, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS** ## What you will do - Lead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation - Create reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes to reduce time/effort for future integrations - Mentor and coach engineers, aligning growth with team and company objectives - Drive continuous improvement in both engineering craft and processes - Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for Lattice customers globally while enabling a rapid development pace - Partner with Product and Design to build new customer-facing products and improve existing ones - Represent the team across the broader organization—ensure public recognition for wins and ownership of failures --- ## Compensation & benefits (summary) - Estimated annual cash salary: **$187,500 – $234,500** - Eligible for incentive stock options (per applicable plan terms) - Benefits (subject to eligibility): medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D/disability, emergency weather support, wellness apps, paid parental leave, paid time off (incl. holidays & sick time), commuter & parking accounts, office lunches, internet & phone stipend, one-time WFH office setup stipend, 401(k), financial planning, and learning & development budget *Note on pay transparency:* compensation may vary based on location, skills/qualifications, and experience, and may change as market data updates. ## About Lattice Lattice is on a mission to build cultures where employees and their comp
