**About Team & About Role** The Entra ID team builds products to protect Rubrik customers’ Microsoft Entra ID data in Azure. It enables customers to efficiently recover their identity service in unforeseen circumstances such as a ransomware attack. We provide everyone the opportunity and support to thrive and reach their highest potential. **What you’ll do** - Contribute to the engineering design process with data-driven insights. - Complete well-defined tasks with quality and velocity, and take on challenges with ambiguity. - Analyze internal and field data to develop robust and maintainable products. - Troubleshoot issues from customer environments or internal testing, and collaborate with team members and other teams to develop solutions. **Experience you’ll need** - Degree in Computer Science and related fields - 0–2 years of product development experience - Ability to identify scalable and elegant solutions to complex problems - Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies - Proficiency in Go, Python, C++ - Experience in microservice design and implementation **Preferred qualifications** - Experience architecting and developing large-scale systems, with strong proficiency in data storage concepts - Experience developing in GCP/AWS/Azure or other public cloud technologies - Experience with popular IdP platforms or applications such as Entra ID and Windows AD - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and identity security concepts (e.g., users, groups, roles, Non-Human Identities (NHI)) **Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK)** Rubrik is the Security and AI Operations Company, delivering one platform built at the intersection of data, identity, and AI—enabling agentic cyber resilience and trusted AI operations for enterprises worldwide. **US Pay Range (Base Salary)** $122,800 — $184,200 USD The role may also be eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits. The range reflects minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location; the final offer is determined by work location and additional factors such as skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
