## Implementation Engineer (Remote) Kick-start your career in B2B integration by working on enterprise EDI and integration projects. As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll build foundational skills in EDI, APIs, data mapping, and business process automation—learning from experienced engineers in a structured development environment. --- ### Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Analyze data, integration requirements, and business processes to design, build, and implement customized solutions for Cleo clients - Work toward becoming an expert in the Cleo Integration Suite solution functionality and implementation procedures - Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers receive maximum value from Cleo solutions - Ensure customer solutions are configured and technically deployed to specification, accurately, and on time - Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to complete projects successfully - Lead process overviews by walking clients through their current architecture and what their new architecture would look like --- ### AI Fluency Competencies Uses AI to accelerate project delivery—drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation faster. You should be able to point to specific examples where AI improved turnaround time or output quality. - Use AI coding assistants to generate, debug, and review code snippets - Prompt AI tools effectively to resolve errors, understand APIs, and navigate documentation independently - Draft technical documents and test cases with AI assistance, validating output before use - Be familiar with using AI tools across the software lifecycle --- ### Prerequisites - Basic understanding of EDI, integration concepts, and data formats - Familiarity with FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S, or similar communication protocols - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and willingness to learn - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 1–3 years of experience - Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) is an advantage --- ### Nice to Have - Exposure to Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or other B2B integration platforms - Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or retail domains - Basic programming or scripting skills (Java or Python) - Interest in AI and automation technologies --- ### What We Offer - **Compensation Range:** $80,000 to $100,000 annual salary - Great Healthcare + Dental + Vision - Flexible PTO - Culture of support and encouragement of Life-Work balance - 401k match - FSA and HSA options - Employee Assistance Program - Paid Parental Leave - Remote work environment - Accelerated title and salary growth potential - Fun and energetic work environment --- *We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in certain stages of our recruitment process (e.g., resume screening and candidate matching) to support fair and consistent evaluations.
