Its open platform integrates with 650 software, data, and consulting partners to power end-to-end investment operations across firms of all sizes and complexity. **The Role** Addepar is seeking a **Full Stack Software Engineer** to join the **Alternatives Data Management (ADM)** team. You’ll build AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll collaborate with Product and Design to deliver client-facing features as part of a full-stack engineering team. **What You’ll Do** - Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and key clients to define and deliver solutions that support and streamline user workflows - Work with senior engineers to deliver features end to end, with strong opportunities for ownership - Coordinate with web platform and design system teams to ensure the product is a seamless part of the Addepar user experience - Participate in Addepar’s inner-source culture to foster standardization across React, Terraform, and Python codebases **Who You Are** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) - 2+ years full-stack development experience, **or** - 1+ year front-end development experience - 1+ year back-end development experience - You care about delivering quality and value to clients in an agile manner - Python or Java experience is a plus - React, web components, Svelte, and/or Ember experience is a plus - Full-stack/product engineering experience is a plus - Experience using gen AI for coding is a plus **Compensation (US)** - Base salary range: **$114,000 — $178,000 USD** - Compensation includes: **base salary + bonus + equity + benefits** - Ranges reflect **base salary only** (not bonus, equity, or benefits) **Our Values** - **Act Like an Owner** — Think and operate with intention, purpose, and care.
