**Security Operations Engineer** **About Clear Street** Clear Street’s mission is to give every sophisticated investor access to every asset, in every market, through a unified platform built for speed, transparency, and scale. You’ll join a modern Security Operations (SecOps) team focused on deep-dive security investigations and active incident response. **What you’ll bring** - **Experience in the trenches:** Prior security team experience (FinTech or cloud-native is a plus) - **Tech-savvy:** Comfortable with modern engineering stacks and how they fit together - **AI-curious:** Hands-on curiosity with AI agents and how they work - **A team player:** Collaborates well, but can work independently when needed - **Flexibility:** SOC runs 24/7—open to shift rotation (including weekends or staggered hours) - **Solid foundations:** Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and log analysis - **A keen eye:** Critical thinking to spot subtle anomalies - **Great at juggling:** Can prioritize multiple moving parts under pressure **Nice-to-haves** - Experience combating fraud targeting financial services organizations - Prior experience in an AI SOC setting - Demonstrated engineering skills (Systems/network admin, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure) - Contributed to open source or published quality research - Relevant technical certifications *We really encourage you to apply, even if your background doesn’t fit the “traditional” SOC profile.
