Senior Partner Systems Analyst
Anthropic · San Francisco, CA
About this role
**About Anthropic** Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems—safe and beneficial for users and society. **About the role** The Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model on top of partner-facing systems (Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement/certification platforms, and their integrations). This role owns how change happens across the partner systems stack. As a **Senior Partner Systems Analyst**, you’ll run discovery, capture requirements, lead UAT, and publish release notes for every bug fix, improvement, enhancement, and new build. You’ll also be hands-on enough as a **Salesforce admin** to keep the platform healthy in production. You’ll use **Claude** daily to draft requirements, write test cases and release notes, and keep documentation current—plus identify recurring requests that should become automations. **Key responsibilities** - Lead discovery for new requests (partner managers, partner operations, stakeholders): understand the problem, map the current process, and size the change. - Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds (user stories, process flows, field/access definitions, acceptance criteria, edge cases). - Partner with the GTM Systems team and AI Operations Engineer through the delivery cycle: hand over requirements, answer questions, review against acceptance criteria, and coordinate release. - Own UAT for every change: write test plans/cases, coordinate testers, log/retest defects, collect sign-off, and smoke test in production after each release. - Write and publish release notes for every release (what changed, who it affects, and what users need to do). - Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders (partner impact, risk, effort) and maintain a clear view of what’s next and why. - Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal; own the intake queue end to end. - Triage production incidents: reproduce, assess impact/severity, resolve or route, and keep teams updated until closure. - Administer Salesforce for the partner org (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, dashboards). - Understand and troubleshoot data movement between Salesforce and PEM (integration health, sync failures, mapping/access issues). - Document the platform (system documentation, data dictionary, integration maps, admin runbooks). - Identify repeatable admin/support requests, log automation candidates, and partner with AI Operations Engineer to move work off the manual queue. **Minimum qualifications** - Experience running discovery and turning stakeholder input into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. - Track record working with systems/engineering teams through build-to-release (requirements handover through deployment). - Strong testing discipline: planned UAT, test cases from acceptance criteria, defects tracked to closure, sign-off before release, and smoke testing. - Clear written communication: requirements built correctly, release notes understandable to non-technical users, documentation people actually use. - Day-to-day experience using LLM tools (e.g., Claude) and ability to show how it improves requirements, testing, or documentation. - Experience owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack (intake, triage, release processes). - Strong Salesforce admin skills (dec
