This is **not** a Salesforce admin role and **not** a support function. You’ll be the **technical owner** of how our GTM stack fits together—**Salesforce at the core**, surrounded by data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools revenue teams depend on. You’ll act as both an **architect and hands-on builder**, setting technical direction and shipping improvements using **Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services**—including **Salesforce MCP servers** and AI tooling that make the CRM a first-class participant in AI-driven workflows. For larger efforts, you’ll partner with engineering to scope, design, and deliver as a technical peer. ### In this role, you will: - **Own the architecture of our GTM systems** - Salesforce object model and data architecture - how data moves between Salesforce and the rest of the stack - standards to keep everything healthy and scalable - **Design and build Salesforce integrations** - data warehouse, enrichment, sales engagement, billing/CPQ, internal apps - choose the right approach: native Salesforce, Apex, middleware, or custom services - **Build and maintain GTM automations** - using Flows, Apex, and custom services - bias toward solutions that are intelligent, observable, and maintainable - **Develop Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents** - extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows - define how AI fits into revenue operations over time - **Design and own SQL-based data pipelines** - feed dashboards and revenue reporting - ensure numbers are trustworthy and traceable to source - **Translate ambiguous business problems into technical strategy** - from stakeholder conversations through design, build, rollout, and adoption - **Raise the bar for the team** - best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt - mentor teammates on sys
