We’re seeking an **AI Solutions Architect** to design strategic, cross-functional, cross-platform AI solutions that drive business transformation. In this role, you’ll partner with business and technology leaders to **architect scalable AI solutions**, **drive implementation**, and **ensure successful adoption** across the organization. ### What You’ll Do - Work with business leadership and development teams to define AI solution scope and clarify functional and non-functional requirements - Identify involved/affected systems and existing AI tools; perform impact analysis - Design solutions that meet business and technical requirements - Coordinate stakeholders and secure development resources to deliver project objectives - Facilitate communication across technical experts and stakeholders; help coordinate development teams - Ensure proper rollout of AI solutions - Document AI solutions at a high level and ensure appropriate low-level documentation is maintained - Facilitate continuous improvement of designed solutions ### Technologies You’ll Work With - AI platforms and solutions - AWS or other major cloud providers - Python, Go, TypeScript (or other programming languages) - Distributed systems architectures - Integration platforms and technologies - UML - ITIL and ITSM frameworks - Agile development methodologies ### What You’ll Bring - **2+ years** experience as an AI Solution Architect and **5+ years** in Software Engineering - Knowledge of distributed systems design principles and modern integration approaches - Experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider) - Knowledge of UML - Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle - Proficiency in English for technical documentation and communication - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently - Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams ### Bonus Skills - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, TypeScript) - Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies - Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions - Experience across multiple platforms/systems/business functions in large-scale environments ### Benefits (Highlights) - Unlimited paid time off; 12 paid holidays (including 4 global VeeaMe Days) + 24 paid volunteer hours annually (Veeam Cares) - Paid parental leave: 8 weeks (all parents), 16 weeks (birthing parents) - Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one - Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via EAP - 401(k) with company matching - Fertility/adoption/surrogacy support (Maven) + paid volunteer time - AirVet: 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost - Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental health insurance options - Tax-advantaged spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuting) - Learning and development opportunities (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly, mentoring, workshops, and events) ### Compensation Transparency (U.S. Zones) Expected total target
