We are seeking a strategic thinker and consultant with experience in **Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)** and **IT transformation** to lead engagements across business process assessment, technology strategy, organizational readiness, **Workday implementation advisory**, and **post-production support**. This is **not** an implementer role—it's about shaping the vision and guiding the journey. --- ### Key Responsibilities - Create an end-to-end **post-production lifecycle** for client Workday solutions, including incident/system request management in **ServiceNow** and guidance for **biannual Workday releases** and routine enhancements. - Provide day-to-day oversight of Workday technical teams (Extend, Security, Reporting, Integrations) to ensure consistent operations and optimal capacity/capability. - Serve as a liaison with **HCM, Finance, and Payroll production managers** and business leaders—balancing solution stability with continuous improvement. - Recommend improvements to the client’s **ServiceNow** platform to support enhancement prioritization, issue resolution, release planning, and system administration. - Provide leading-practice guidance for **Workday integrations** and **reports** design/implementation. - Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and Payroll Product Managers to define and manage the Workday product roadmap aligned to enterprise transformation objectives (prioritizing high-impact features and regulatory requirements). - Collaborate with HCM/Finance/Payroll teams to deliver enhancements and fixes using consistent documentation and process standards. - Provide oversight into the client’s **Workday security model** to support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. - Oversee the client’s **Workday tenant management** approach, including communication to impacted stakeholders. - Help implement proactive monitoring and issue recovery processes (e.g., platform performance, integration health, data integrity). - Supervise and mentor Attain Partners employees. - Support proposal writing and business development for existing and prospective clients. - Support internal methodology development (repeatable approaches, assets, templates). - Develop thought leadership based on career experience, active client work, and engagement with the Workday ecosystem. --- ### Required Qualifications - **7+ years** hands-on experience across multiple Workday technical domains (e.g., integrations, reporting, security, tenant management) as a Workday customer or systems implementor. - **5+ years** leading Workday technical workstreams across areas such as integrations, reporting, security, and system administration. - Experience defining and managing **agile release management** processes (backlog management, roadmap definition, prioritization, sprint planning, change control). - Demonstrated knowledge of **Workday Finance and HCM** functional solutions, current Workday technical capabilities, and the Workday ecosystem. - Workday customer or implementor certification in one or more technical capabilities (e.g., Studio, Orchestrate, Extend, Reporting, Sec
