Trusted by top healthcare brands and their agencies, DeepIntent unites media, identity, and real-world clinical data to power privacy-safe, omnichannel marketing. --- ## What You’ll Do We’re looking for an **Applied AI Engineer** to embed directly with our US commercial and operational teams. In this role, you’ll build a human and agentic “operating system” that powers how we work—translating day-to-day operational pain points into practical AI agent and automation solutions. --- ## Build & Deploy AI Agents and Automations - Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate administrative and repetitive workflows across commercial operations. - Identify high-value automation opportunities with stakeholders by mapping processes and surfacing inefficiencies. - Develop solutions using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), workflow automation tools, RESTful APIs, and Python scripting. - Prototype, iterate, and ship working solutions quickly. --- ## Partner with Business Teams - Serve as the technical point of contact embedded within commercial and PMO teams. - Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and executable solutions. - Communicate progress, surface blockers, and present solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. --- ## Maintain & Document - Create and maintain clear technical documentation for tools, workflows, and integrations you build. - Monitor deployed solutions and proactively improve reliability, performance, and adoption. --- ## Who You Are - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., configuring and prompting models from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic—experience shipping with Claude Code is a plus). - **2+ years** of hands-on software development experience (including internships, co-ops, or personal projects with deployed, real-world applications). - Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, MCP servers, and integrating third-party services. - Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., **Python**) to write scripts, build automations, and debug independently. - Understanding of prompt engineering best practices. - Naturally curious and proactive—seek out problems and propose solutions. - Strong communicator across business and engineering functions. - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to scope/adapt as priorities shift. - Based in (or able to work effectively within) **Eastern Time (EST)**. --- ## Compensation & Benefits (Highlights) - Base salary range: **$105,000–$120,000** (based on skills, experience, and qualifications) - Annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits - US roles: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, flexible PTO + paid holidays, remote-friendly culture, career development/education support, WFH + internet stipends, and more - India/Europe roles: competitive base + performance bonus (where applicable), medical coverage, paid holidays/flexible PTO, hybrid-friendly culture, professional development support, and additional allowances/perks --- ## Equal Opportunity DeepIntent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
