The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory workflows end-to-end by infusing every step with AI, helping design and build the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle. **The Role & Your Mission** We’re looking for a **Staff Backend Engineer** reporting to the Backend Engineering Manager. You’ll navigate between **data, AI, and backend systems**, with core responsibility for the **stability, performance, and reliability** of the AI system. You’ll develop novel solutions to customer problems, characterize results, and deliver solutions into production—moving smoothly from **idea → experiment → testing → production**.
