You’ll support engineering teams during trials and ongoing use, help them integrate and optimize build workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a world-class experience. --- ## Key Responsibilities - Act as the **primary technical point of contact** for trialing, new, and existing customers - Troubleshoot and resolve **complex issues** across build systems, integrations, and environments - Help customers **optimize** their use of EngFlow and ensure smooth adoption - Partner with Engineering to surface and track **bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback** - Create and maintain **internal and external documentation** - Engage with the community via **forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences** - Drive operational excellence through **metrics, tooling improvements, and automation** --- ## Requirements - **3+ years** in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles - Strong understanding of **developer workflows** and **build systems** (Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a plus) - Proficiency in at least one language: **Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript** - Comfortable in **Linux/Unix**; experience with **Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes** - Familiarity with at least one cloud provider: **AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift** - Excellent communication—able to explain complex concepts clearly (writing + calls) - Experience writing or contributing to **technical documentation** - **Customer-centric** mindset and passion for solving hard problems - Bonus: experience with **async communication** and **distributed teams** --- ## Benefits - Comprehensive **medical, dental, and vision** - **401k/pension**, **parental leave**, and generous vacation - **Fully remote** team with opportunities to meet several times per year - Team events and fun activities (e.g., chocolate/whisky/tea tastings, monthly games, escape rooms)
