As a **Workday Integrations Architect**, you’ll help shape Justworks’ internal system landscape by working with the **People Systems** and **Payroll Accounting** teams to support their Workday integration needs (internally and externally). You’ll administer the People tech stack, maintain a healthy ecosystem, and perform data analysis to support data governance best practices. --- ## What You Will Work On - Build, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and fix **Workday integrations** of various types - Collaborate with stakeholders in People Systems and Accounting to gather integration requirements - Understand end-to-end data processes and flows to design and implement data management solutions within the People Systems stack - Provide business process, system support, and data quality governance through data coordination and integration - Identify and implement process improvements for the People Systems integration stack - Administer and support the current environment and future upgrades of Workday integration technologies - Work with Workday migration tools such as **Object Transporter** - Perform mass uploads using **Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB)** in Workday - Develop functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements - Manage system upgrades and ensure Workday changes/updates don’t disrupt business processes - Deploy changes to Production following **SOX Compliance** policy - Analyze internal tool usage and recommend optimizations based on business process analysis, seat management strategies, and end user adoption metrics - Execute business operations and stakeholder projects to increase efficiency, decrease margins, and hit systems-based OKRs - Partner with the Quality Assurance Analyst to write test scripts, execute test cases, and perform QA as needed --- ## How You Will Do Your Work Success in this role depends on competencies including: - **Good judgment** (critical thinking, risk awareness, mitigation strategies, ownership) - **Detail-oriented** (thorough, accurate, organized) - **Consultative** (relationship-building, active listening, open-ended problem solving) - **Results-driven** (consistent delivery even under pressure) - **Clear communication** (oral, written, visual, and non-verbal) You’ll also align your behaviors to Justworks’ core values (**COGIS**): **Camaraderie, Openness, Grit, Integrity, Simplicity**. --- ## Qualifications - **5+ years** of IT experience, including **3+ years** of Workday integration and support experience - Workday integration experience with **Workday EIB, Studio, BIRT**, and other integration templates/connectors - Fluency with web services standards and technologies (e.g., **XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI**) - Strong busi
