**ABOUT ENDGAME 🌎** Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. The hard part of applied AI isn’t the model—it’s getting the right context to it. Real enterprise data is messy: duplicated contacts across systems, deals referenced by nickname in Slack, and methodology that lives in someone’s head. Models can’t reason their way out of that—you have to do the work upstream. Endgame provides entity resolution across CRM and conversational data, fact extraction with provenance, retrieval that respects permissions and recency, and methodology encoded as first-class structure. The result powers day-to-day GTM work and the agent teams build on top of it—agents that work in production, not just demos. **YOUR MISSION 🚀 (Forward Deployed Engineer)** As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work side-by-side with GTM teams to use Endgame’s AI platform and deliver measurable impact. - **Full-cycle sales partnership:** Sales is full-cycle here. You’ll pair with a single salesperson from pre-sales demos through close, then stay paired post-close (no CSM handoff). - **Customer engagement:** You’ll operate comfortably as a virtual badge or external advisor—helping customers maximize value from the platform in the way they prefer to engage. - **Post-close ownership:** You’ll own initial configuration and onboarding, partnering with technical champions to stand up use cases on Endgame. - **Build with the customer:** You’ll work across personas—from new users unfamiliar with AI, to managers improving team effectiveness, to power users stitching complex workflows with managed agents and MCP. - **Cross-functional influence:** You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering (including a seat in R&D syncs). Customer reality directly shapes what gets built. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🗓** - Pair with sales to technically align Endgame with customer systems and advise on best practices. - Post-close: run a **build → pilot → GA** loop for each use case, building with the customer. - Drive adoption end-to-end: equip champions, monitor usage metrics, proactively solve issues, and re-engage when adoption stalls. - Be the technical voice in security and architecture reviews—walk CIOs/CTOs/CISOs/GTM Engineering leads through how Endgame fits into their AI stack and surface deal-cycle risks early. - Build strong relationships with technical champions and stay close to their work on Endgame. - Sit in R&D syncs: bring customer reality into roadmap conversations and contribute to the codebase when it matters. **OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE 🏅** - Enjoys being in front of customers—comfortable in both working sessions with CROs and writing integration code. - **5+ years** building production software. - Comfortable in **Python or TypeScript**, shipping to production, and handling on-call. - Hands-on with LLMs in production: agentic patterns, MCP/tool-use, RAG architectures, structured output, fact extraction. - Prior customer-facing engineering experience (FDE, solutions architect, partner engineer, implementation engineer, or similar). - Strong sense of what “production-grade” means (not vibe-coded prototypes). - A good teacher—customers’ teams level up when they work with you. - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating across diverse teams. **BENEFITS 🏆** - Competitive compensation and equity - 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance - Flexible time off - Paid parental leave - Education stipend *The qualifications listed are g
