We simplify massive datasets into actionable business intelligence to support smarter decisions around pricing, inventory, and product assortment. **Our values** - **Customer Obsession:** Customer-first mindset and deep industry integration. - **Proactive Ownership:** Entrepreneurial agency and ownership of outcomes. - **Bias for Action:** Momentum with a can-do attitude; progress over perfection. - **Eager to Grow:** Curiosity and humility—learning from failure. - **Foster Collaboration:** Work across boundaries with quiet competence and help others unselfishly. **Responsibilities & Skills** - Manage client relationships and provide technical support to maintain excellence and drive new product development. - Support end-to-end implementations to ensure data quality, adoption, and required customizations. - Coordinate account teams and engineering resources to drive customer success. - Execute on customer needs in a timely manner using technical expertise. - Develop a holistic understanding of the full technology lifecycle—from data aggregation to product delivery. - Develop and scale technology from **data pipelining** to **innovation** to ensure data accuracy (as measured by client feedback). - Develop new product lines (e.g., local pricing, ecommerce intelligence, supply chain analysis) to drive ROI. - Use data visualization and UI/UX knowledge to improve adoption and ease of use. - Collaborate with data science, engineering, and sales teams. - Take a self-starter approach and help customers extract value from data products. - Maintain rigorous documentation of coding efforts; train incoming employees; contribute to platform engineering. **Technical skills** - Analytics and/or financial reporting knowledge. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; storytelling with data. - Hands-on expertise in **SQL** and/or **Python**. - Project management tools (e.g., **Jira**). - Data visualization tools (e.g., **Tableau**, Excel, Power BI, Retool).
