We provide: - Off-the-shelf datasets (image, video, multimodal, reasoning, 3D, and beyond) - Data collection and annotation services - Full-cycle data engineering (raw data → curated datasets → end-to-end pipelines) ## About the Role — Member of Technical Staff, Platform As a **Member of Technical Staff, Platform**, you’ll build **full-stack product features** for our **Expert Talent** platform—from a rough idea in product discussions to a shipped, instrumented feature used by real customers. You’ll work across the stack (**frontend, backend, and the glue between them**) and partner closely with **Product, Project Management, Design, and leadership**. This is a generalist product engineering role with a strong **product mindset**: you care as much about solving user/customer problems as you do about how the feature is built. The Expert Talent platform is growing rapidly (in the **1–100 stage**), so you’ll have **significant ownership from day one**. ## Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship **full-stack** product features (UI, API, and data layer) - Own features end-to-end: product discussion → implementation → testing → release - Embed AI into product workflows (AI-powered features, assistive UX, automation) - Build **evaluation pipelines** and **data models** for AI-powered features - Use modern AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining a high engineering bar - Partner with Product and Design to shape scope and UX - Improve performance, reliability, and observability of assessment infrastructure ## Qualifications - 1+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production features - Strong backend fundamentals (API design, data modeling, distributed systems, relational databases) - Comfortable working across the stack, including modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) - Experience building or integrating **LLM-powered** features in production (plus) - Knowledge of building **AI agents** into products - Product-minded: ask “why should we build this?” and measure success by customer outcomes - AI-native: you use AI coding tools daily and have shipped features using LLMs/AI - Solid engineering fundamentals (testing, debugging, performance basics, good judgment) - Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities - High ownership, pragmatism, and bias toward shipping ## Preferred Qualifications - Startup or founder experience - Experience building consumer-facing products at scale - ML/Deep Learning knowledge and experience - Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) ## Compensation & Benefits - **Base salary range:** **$120,000 – $200,000 USD** annually - Equity eligibility - Comprehensive benefits package: **health, dental, vision, PTO, flexible work schedule** *Note: Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.*
