**Senior Manager, People Technology** At Snowflake, we’re powering the era of the agentic enterprise. This role helps modernize how People systems are run—owning core platforms in the People Technology stack and using AI, automation, and modern integrations to eliminate manual work and improve how Snowflake operates. --- ## What you’ll own - **Platform operations:** Day-to-day support, release management, and change control for **Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Ashby**, and their integrations (including vendor releases from impact analysis through stabilization). - **Trust & compliance:** Data integrity, system security, and audit readiness across People systems (**SOX, GDPR, privacy**). - **Service excellence:** Operational SLAs plus incident, problem, and request management. - **AI-driven automation:** Ticket deflection, proactive data-hygiene monitoring, automated regression testing, and faster release cycles. - **AI in production:** Operationalize, maintain, and support AI products and skills; develop runbooks, monitoring, and support structures once live. - **Roadmap influence:** Turn operational friction into prioritized requirements and co-own the People Tech and AI roadmap with the PMO. - **Vendors:** Manage vendor and implementation-partner relationships for Workday, ServiceNow, Ashby, and connected SaaS tools (performance, escalations, contract management, roadmap alignment). - **Team leadership:** Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of People Systems Analysts and Integration Engineers. --- ## What you bring - **10+ years** in **HRIS or HR technology**, including hands-on configuration, integration, and delivery experience. - **4+ years** people management experience leading HRIS, systems, or integration teams. - **Deep Workday expertise** (Security, Business Processes, Reporting/RaaS), including supporting a global implementation; strong grasp of middleware and integration platforms. - Hands-on experience with core HR systems beyond Workday, such as **ServiceNow HRSD** and **Ashby**. - Strong operating discipline: release management, change control, incident/problem management, SLA ownership, **SOX** and privacy controls. - Real experience applying **AI/GenAI** to HR operations (e.g., ticket deflection, data-quality monitoring, test/release automation). - Proven ability to influence leaders and prioritize against operational realities. - Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset. --- ## Confidentiality & security All employees are expected to follow Snowflake’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data, including adherence to the company’s data security plan. --- ## Salary & benefits (US) For jobs located in the United States, please visit the job posting on the Snowflake Careers Site for salary and benefits information: **careers.snowflake.com** (http://careers.snowflake.com).
