EliseAI recently raised a **$350M** funding round at a **$4B valuation** led by **Andreessen Horowitz (a16z)** and **Bessemer Venture Partners**. --- ## About the Role (Integrations Solutions Engineer) As a **Partner Solutions Engineer**, you’ll scope, design, and launch integrations that connect partners’ systems to the EliseAI platform. You’ll work directly with partners’ engineering teams to understand their products, guide them through our APIs, and shape how systems connect. Internally, you’ll coordinate across **partnerships, engineering, and product**, serving as the partner’s technical point of contact from kickoff through launch. With each integration, you’ll turn what you learn into **patterns, documentation, and tooling** that help the next partner launch faster. --- ## Key Responsibilities - Serve as the **technical lead** for partners from discovery through production - Manage multiple integrations as a **technical project manager**, prioritizing across competing go-live dates - Architect how EliseAI connects with each partner (data flow + which APIs are used) - Build toward **standard integration patterns** so similar partners can launch faster - Own **testing and launch readiness**, then monitor performance post-launch to catch issues early - Identify gaps in EliseAI APIs and partner with Engineering/Product to scope and prioritize solutions - Contribute to **developer docs, playbooks, and tooling**, and turn recurring partner pain points into product improvements --- ## Requirements - **3+ years** in a partner/customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering in a high-growth environment) - Strong familiarity with **APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns** - Ability to read and reason about code (**Python or similar**) - Experience working with external technical stakeholders (vendor/customer engineering teams) - Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and execute on multiple projects - Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem-solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments --- ## Why Join This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling, funded startup where you’ll help write the playbook—not just follow it.
