EliseAI recently raised a **$350M** funding round at a **$4B valuation** led by **Andreessen Horowitz (a16z)** and **Bessemer Venture Partners** to accelerate this mission. --- ## Partner Solutions Engineer As a **Partner Solutions Engineer** at EliseAI, you’ll own and execute **technical strategic partnerships**—sitting at the intersection of **business and engineering**. You’ll manage a live portfolio of **10–15+ concurrent partner integrations**, spanning categories such as **utility billing, collections, water/metering, payments, and other property-tech verticals**. You’ll drive each integration from **scoping → go-live → stable long-term operation**, partnering closely with both internal and external teams. You’ll also split the active partnerships workload with another Partner Solutions Engineer, so **prioritization and ownership across multiple workstreams** is essential. --- ## Key Responsibilities - **Own a portfolio of concurrent integrations (end-to-end):** - Scope requirements, design integration approach, drive development (internal and/or vendor-side), manage testing, and launch against firm go-live dates. - Keep integrations stable after launch. - **Technical point of contact for partners:** - Work with vendor engineering and product teams on data needs, API usage, and implementation decisions. - Evaluate what a partner API can/can’t do, decide when to build vs. use workarounds, and unblock issues mid-build. - **Partner with Engineering to shape API & integration architecture:** - Identify gaps in EliseAI’s API, scope/prioritize solutions with the integrations engineering team, and make architecture calls on data flow. - **Document and standardize integration patterns:** - Turn one-off vendor work into repeatable patterns so new partners can be onboarded faster and more consistently. - **Manage sandbox and test environments:** - Create/maintain sandbox orgs and test data for each partner using and improving internal test data tools. - **Triage and prioritize high-volume, deadline-driven work:** - Re-prioritize across projects, flag at-risk timelines early, and escalate blockers to keep launches on track. - **Continuously improve the ecosystem:** - Contribute to partner-facing documentation, API usage monitoring, partner certification, and self-service vendor/sandbox tooling. --- ## Requirements - **3+ years** in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering. - Strong technical foundation: system architecture fundamentals and **APIs**. - Comfortable reading/reasoning about code (e.g., **Python** or similar). - Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders (e.g., vendor engineering teams, customer technical teams). - Proven ability to manage **many concurrent workstreams** with competing deadlines. - Strategic thinking about integrations: assess tradeo
