EliseAI recently raised a **$350M** funding round at a **$4B valuation** led by **Andreessen Horowitz (a16z)** and **Bessemer Venture Partners**. ### About the Role We’re looking for a **Senior Platform Operations Engineer** to lead high-impact, strategic, technical projects that drive **operational scalability** as we grow rapidly. You’ll work at the intersection of **technology and business strategy**, serving as a bridge across **Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing**. You’ll own and build core parts of our product and business operations systems—optimizing our current stack and architecture, evaluating and procuring new platforms, and building custom solutions when needed. ### Key Responsibilities - Drive cross-functional technical projects; **own, optimize, and build** our product and proprietary business operations systems to enable rapid growth. - Conduct deep discovery on stakeholder needs to enhance **automation, AI-enabled experiences, analytics, and scalability**; own adoption and outcomes. - Collaborate with customers on how we best support them at critical milestones in their journey. - Continuously ship new features and improvements in an engineering environment deploying **100+ times per day**. - Balance speed and quality while iterating quickly on production systems. - Evaluate, select, and tune new market-leading technologies based on technical and business requirements. - Attract top-tier talent to join the team. ### Requirements - **3+ years** building and scaling technical solutions, including **Python**. - Solid understanding of **system design** and **scalable architecture**. - Experience working cross-functionally; ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights. - Startup mindset: ownership, urgency, pragmatism. - Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance. - Bias for action; move quickly from idea to implementation. - Willingness to work **in person 4–5 days/week**. ### Preferred Qualifications - Platform architecture and analytics experience in a **SaaS** environment. - Experience with **AWS**. - Experience in **client-facing** roles. - Understanding of **SaaS metrics**, strategies, and lifecycle management. ### Why Join This is a chance to write the playbook at a fast-scaling, funded startup—high autonomy, no micromanagement, and significant impact. ### Benefits - **Equity** - Medical, Dental & Vision premiums covered at **100%** - Fully paid parental leave - Commuter benefits - 401k benefits - Fitness & home services stipend - Collaborative in-office environment (open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, meals covered) - Unlimited vacation and paid holidays - Relocation packages ### Job Compensation Range **$175,000 – $225,000** (base salary).
