**Dark Wolf Solutions** is seeking a **Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Risk Management Framework (RMF) Specialist** to lead and execute the security authorization process for our systems and applications in compliance with **NIST guidelines** and **DoD regulations**. You’ll navigate the **RMF lifecycle**, develop security documentation, conduct **risk assessments**, and help ensure our systems meet high standards of security and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Focus on overall technical and operational effectiveness of capabilities in coordination with the **COTR** and **Sponsor Staff** - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of processes and architectures supporting cyber defense operations (including analysis, incident handling/reporting products, and the reporting lifecycle) - Ensure effective operations of Agency IT systems and network defenses, including incident response capabilities and actionable reporting for situational awareness - Maximize use of existing tools to correlate information and synthesize data into usable, actionable events - Identify and drive an agile approach to automating manual/inefficient processes across the cyber defense program; partner with the Sponsor to recommend and implement solutions to return time to mission **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field - **8+ years** of relevant experience - Experience with security risk assessment and management in **cloud environments** (**GCP preferred**) - Experience building **authorization packages** - **US Citizenship required with an active Secret clearance or interim Secret clearance** **Location / Compensation** - Primarily **remote** - Estimated compensation: **$150,000–$170,000** (commensurate with experience) **EEO Statement** We are an **EEO/AA employer**.
