**Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)** **About EliseAI** EliseAI improves housing and healthcare through AI agents integrated into existing workflows. We recently raised $350M at a $4B valuation led by a16z and Bessemer Venture Partners. **The Role** Build software that impacts business operations and people's lives. You'll work on a small team with significant ownership, leading projects from concept to launch. **Key Responsibilities** • Collaborate with frontend, backend, ML engineers, and product managers on user-facing products • Lead beta product launches and gather client feedback for iteration • Build frontend solutions with strong UX focus • Create modular, reusable components across the application • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs **Requirements** • 2+ years JavaScript, TypeScript, and React experience • Strong UX sensibility and passion for user experience • API building, maintenance, and monitoring experience • Startup mentality with ownership and bias for action • Problem-solving skills with minimal guidance • Willingness to work in-office 4-5 days/week **Nice to Have** • 2+ years Python experience • AWS experience • Relational database experience **Benefits** • Competitive salary: $230K–$270K • Equity in the company • 100% covered medical, dental, vision premiums • Fully paid parental leave • Commuter and 401k benefits • Fitness & home services stipend • In-office meals and collaborative environment • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays • Relocation packages available **Equal Opportunity Employer**
