In this role, you will: - **Spec, build, and maintain** professional-grade applications - **Drive ambitious product initiatives** (which may include entirely new product lines) from inception to completion: **specification, architecture, implementation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance** --- ## Qualifications Required - **3+ years** of experience building **user-facing software products** with high-quality, well-documented production code - Experience building great **UX** with modern frontend frameworks, specifically **React + TypeScript** - Ability to work across the **product engineering stack** - Ability to make informed product decisions with relevant **business context** - Deep respect and empathy for users - Demonstrated track record of **high agency**, willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, and a **team-first** attitude - Passion for **decentralized finance** --- ## Preferred - Experience working with **blockchain technology**, specifically **Solana** - Interest in **quant trading** or **fintech** - Product design or **product management** experience
